Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Assembler to join our Brookfield, Wisconsin production team. You will assemble parts in an assigned area until final product is complete, following work instructions and area metrics to ensure quality and efficiency.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd with early morning to overnight hours. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Basic math skills; ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts in an assigned area until final product is complete.
• Follow work instructions and area metrics to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Keep the work area clean and organized; dispose of packaging materials.
• Inform proper personnel of material shortages.
• Assist in training others in various areas.
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area.
• Practice 6S and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Your Role

As an Assembler you will assemble parts in an assigned area until final product is complete.

Shift hours

1st-7am-3pm; 2nd shift-3pm-11pm; 3rd shift 11pm-7am

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work on non-automated equipment such as RF Sealer and other kitting functions
• Perform work per work instructions and area metrics
• Keep work area clean by disposing empty boxes and cardboard, as well as keeping material
• Inform proper personnel of material shortage
• Train others in all areas
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• Practice 6S

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Basic math skills
• Work well with others
