Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a vinyl window assembler for the 2nd shift to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble window components on a production line, using hand and power tools, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Base pay is $21.00 per hour, with Monday-Thursday hours 5:00 PM–3:30 AM and overtime on Fridays as needed. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay Rate $21.00 per hour

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 PM-3:30 AM (Friday overtime as needed)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a vinyl window assembler you will meticulously assemble the components of vinyl windows using various tools and machinery, ensuring all parts are properly fitted together according to specifications, while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols in a production line setting.

Responsibilities:

• Attach frame sections, install glass panes, and secure hardware using hand and power tools such as screw guns
• Inspect completed windows for defects like gaps, misalignment, and damage, ensuring they meet quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work within established timelines to meet daily production goals
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
