Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Dartmouth, MA is seeking an Assembler 1 for 1st shift. You will assemble components according to blueprints, verify quantities, perform quality checks, and maintain parts inventory using hand and power tools. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay starts at $17.75 per hour. Full-time position with benefits starting day 1, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, and 401(k) options.

• Must be able to bend, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at S17.75

Shift: 1st Shift,Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assembler 1 is responsible for putting together component parts or pieces adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics. They verify the correct quantities of components parts and quality checking completed items, manage parts inventory, and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures.

• Ability to perform repetitive work while paying attention to detail
• Identify and segregate Non-Conforming Product
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
• Ability to train other/new associates
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards
• Assemble and fabricate product using company-supplied hand and power tools
