What you'll do

• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Perform repetitive assembly and adjustments of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment
• Manufacture fiberglass components to specifications
• Maintain a clean work environment and participate in 5S standards
• Troubleshoot basic issues

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently and 40-100 lbs with assistance or equipment
• Good mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Recognize safety hazards and act accordingly
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and instructions
• Team-oriented attitude and positive mindset
