MUST HAVE 12 MONTHS MEDICAL ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE IN A CLEANROOM ENVIRONMENT! NO WORK ON SATS & SUNS! CONTRACT-TO-HIRE! - BROOKLYN PARK, MN!

Are you looking for full-time 2nd shift work? Do you have at least 12 months of cleanroom/medical assembly experience? Do you have longevity in your previous positions? Do you enjoy working with your hands? Then you might be the perfect candidate for a leading medical device company located in the North Metro. THE RIGHT STAFF is actively recruiting for several mid to high-level medical assemblers at our client in Brooklyn Park.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 12+ months of medical device assembly experience in a cleanroom environment
• Longevity in previous roles
• Ability to stand, move, bend, and rotate for 9 hours out of a 10-hour shift (no sitting, but lean/sit stools are provided)
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with 1-2 years of medical device assembly or ISO-certified experience. In lieu of a diploma, 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in a high-level cleanroom environment
• Understand gowning procedures and PPE requirements
• Assembly and function testing of medical devices
• Stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Use of lean/sit stools at workstations
• Flexibility to work across different workstations

JOB DETAILS:

• Contract-to-Hire
• On-site in Brooklyn Park, MN
• Full-Time, 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days, 3:30 P.M. - 2:00 A.M.) with mandatory overtime on Fridays (1:30 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.)
• Pay: $22.88/hr
• Benefits include healthcare, vacation, and referral bonuses
