Johnson Controls is hiring for a 2nd shift Assembler to build high-quality air conditioning units in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow blueprints and assemble components, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

We are currently hiring for 2nd shift. Available schedules include: 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Pay: $18.28 per hour
Additional earning opportunities include: 2nd Shift Premium: +$1.50 per hour
Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for up to 5% of salary earned each quarter based on performance and business results
Overtime Pay: Available based on production needs (including Saturday as needed)

Assembles air conditioning units and components using hand and power tools, following blueprints and work instructions to meet quality and production standards.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
The employee is regularly exposed to a manufacturing environment, including noise, dust, and moving equipment.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $18.28 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
