Job summary

ABB Installation Products Division is hiring for an onsite Production Roles in Jonesboro, Arkansas. You will safely assemble parts according to blueprints, set parts with hand tools, presses, and rivet equipment, and prepare shipments by packing and sealing fittings and components.

The position operates 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday with overtime as demand requires.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read 2-3 syllable words and recognize similarities/differences between words and/or numbers.
  • Ability to print and perform basic arithmetic (add/subtract 2-digit numbers, multiply/divide by 10 or 100).

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts according to unit being assembled or follow blueprint.
  • Operate hand tools, presses, punch presses, or riveting machines to assist in assembly.
  • Pack and seal assembled fittings and parts into containers for shipping.
