Job summary

ABB in Jonesboro, Arkansas is seeking a team member to safely run a variety of machines, adapt to changing priorities, and meet production standards on a 10-hour shift schedule Monday through Thursday.

You will perform daily preventative maintenance, identify machine deficiencies, and support a range of duties as assigned; candidates need a HS diploma and 1–3 months related training or experience.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience / training or combination.
  • Able to read and comprehend safety rules, operating/maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals.
  • Able to present information to individuals/groups/clients by reports or correspondence
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers, use fractions, decimals, compute rate, ratio, and percent into bar graphs

Responsibilities

This position reports to:

Production Supervisor

This work model for the role is: Onsite, Jonesboro, Arkansas

This position works 10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand.

  • Able to adapt to changing priorities (different machine, team, product) orvolume
  • Able to meet and run standards
  • Identify machine deficiencies and bring solutions
  • Perform daily preventative machine maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned
