Philips in Plymouth, Minnesota is seeking an Assembler 2 to set up and operate manufacturing equipment, perform quality checks, and follow precise instructions to ensure product integrity. You will report deviations to the Manufacturing group leader to minimize downtime and maintain safety and documentation.

This onsite, full-time role runs Monday through Thursday from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. You will use basic computer skills to navigate work instructions, record results, and keep daily production

• Executes meticulous quality checks according to defined instructions, ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining product integrity.
• Reports any disruptions or deviations encountered during the production process to the Manufacturing group leader, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing downtime.
• Operates all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment within the manufacturing group, meticulously adhering to instructions to ensure operational safety and product quality.
• Sets up or adjusts equipment in accordance with manufacturing specifications, optimizing equipment performance and ensuring seamless production processes.
• Maintains vigilant oversight of output quality, promptly identifying and addressing any instances of faulty products, including the appropriate actions of discarding or remanufacturing to maintain product integrity.
• Demonstrates a steadfast commitment to establishing safety, security, and environmental practices, actively contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving shared goals and continuous improvement.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
