Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking an Assembler II to partner with Andover Production. You will report to the Supervisor in a hands-on manufacturing environment that values precision and teamwork.

The role requires 1+ year of related experience, electro-mechanical assembly skills, and the ability to read drawings and solder cables. This position is based in Andover, MA, with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience required.
• Must be current Temporary Employee at MKS doing the work of Assembler 2.
• Requires production experience with vocational instruction in electro-mechanical assembly, reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, ability to work from established drawings, and experience in soldering, wire-wrapping and cable harnessing.

You Will Make an Impact By

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units
• Make set‑ups and adjustments, holding tolerances to blueprint specifications
• May be responsible for testing equipment and products

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $16.70 - 27.83 USD Hourly. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
