Total Talent Solutions in Pearland, TX is hiring for an Assembler on 1st Shift (6 AM - 4 PM) with a pay rate of $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. You will assemble quality products using hand tools and following detailed work instructions.

This role requires basic math, ability to read blueprints, and 1-2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience. High school diploma or GED preferred; physical ability to stand, bend, and lift as needed. Company provides benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to customer specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Create and follow assembly plans using technical documents and prior experience.
• Verify components and finished products meet quality standards.
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production requirements and potential issues.
• Support production goals while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
