Staffmark Group is hiring a Mechanical Assembler in Houston, TX, working 8 AM - 5 PM on the 1st shift. Pay rate is $20.50 per hour. The role involves assembling products using hand and power tools, reading drawings, and following work instructions to ensure quality and production flow.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of mechanical assembly experience required.
• Experience with quality inspections is a plus.
• Able to read and follow work instructions, drawings and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per approved work instructions and supervisor direction.
• Verify parts and materials before installation and report discrepancies.
• Perform quality inspections for fit, alignment, torque, fastening and workmanship.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation following 5S standards.
