Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a 1st shift assembler for the MAG team in Clinton, TN. The role runs Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, offering a 3-day weekend and competitive hourly pay. You will assemble very small automotive components in a fast-paced environment.

Randstad is currently hiring for a 1st Shift Assembler to join the MAG team in Clinton. This position operates on a Monday through Thursday schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM—allowing you to enjoy a three-day weekend—with a starting pay rate of $18.00 per hour. This role requires working in a very fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you will be assembling very small automotive components roughly the size of a needle. Ideal candidates must have previous assembly experience, a proven track record of work stability, and the ability to pass a manual dexterity test during the interview process.

salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour
