Job summary

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity for an Assembler in Kenosha, WI. This is a potential-to-hire position on 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) with a wage of $21.00/hour.

Responsibilities include moving panels, drilling with fixtures, installing hardware, and assembling components while following instructions, drawings, and parts lists. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for the shift.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to use a tape measure with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Move panels around warehouse and fill parts orders; label and palletize onto skids.
• Drill holes in panels using fixtures or jigs.
• Install hardware such as screws, nuts & bolts, windows and labels.
• Notify lead of inventory or job issues.
• Assemble components by checking connections and fastening parts/subassemblies.
• Prepare work by studying instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
