Job summary

BlueWorx Staffing is seeking reliable Assemblers for a well-established manufacturing partner in the Oklahoma City area. This role offers great hands-on work with stable, first-shift hours and competitive pay.

You will assemble components per instructions, use hand and power tools, and perform basic quality checks while adhering to safety guidelines. A dedicated recruiting team will support you through the process.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Comfortable using hand tools and small power tools.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and availability for 1st shift hours.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards
• Use hand tools and power tools to fit, fasten, and secure parts
• Perform basic quality checks and inspections on assembled units
• Identify and report defective materials or assembly issues
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow
