The Performance Group is hiring Assemblers for the Landisville, PA facility of a global logistics company. This is first shift, Mon-Fri, temp-to-hire, and the team seeks quality candidates to join promptly.

Schedule: 1st shift (7a-3:30p, Mon-Fri). Pay rate: $16/hr. Responsibilities include assembling product kits, following procedures, and maintaining proper documentation and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow specific procedures and forms.

Responsabilités

• Assemble product kits following procedures and specifications.
• Ensure kits are properly handled, packed, and identified per SOPs.
• Review documentation for deviations or discrepancies and report.
• Escalate quality issues to department leaders as needed.

The Performance Group is seeking skilled ASSEMBLERSfor the Landisville, PA facility of a global logistics company! Positions are first shift (Mon-Fri), temp-to-hire, and the company is eager to have quality candidates join their team!

Schedule:

1st shift (7a-3:30p, Mon-Fri)

Pay Rate:

$16/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assembling product kits following operating procedures and specifications
• Ensuring assembled kits are properly handled, controlled, packed, and identified as defined under applicable operating procedures and specifications
• Review required documentation, investigating all deviations or discrepancies
• Escalate unresolved quality issues and/or incomplete batch records to Dept Managers/Directors

Qualifications:

• Ability to push/pull/lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Production, warehousing, and fulfillment knowledge a plus
• Proficient reading and writing skills and ability to understand, interpret, follow and/or complete specific procedural documents, instructions, and forms.
• Proficient ability to use applicable business tools (calculator, copy machine, telephone, printer, fax machine, box cutter, box taper, indexing ink stamp, highlighter, and ink pen)
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Mathematical Skill (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Will be cross trained and working in other departments for business needs.
