Job summary

B&B Manufacturing, LLC., a Solve IMG company, is seeking a Roller Operator to press and inspect components to engineering and quality standards. You will work with assemblers to meet production targets and keep a clean, organized warehouse while staying safety-focused in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic measuring tool experience (calipers, micrometers), strong communication, and the ability to operate and troubleshoot the assigned machine.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of machine operation experience.
• Ability to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to use calipers and dial indicators.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Sr. Ops. Manager, the Roller Operator is responsible for pressing and checking componenets based on engineering and quality standards and that satisfy our customer’s requirements. Working in tandem with the Assemblers, the Operator will ensure proper production levels are met, while always maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
