Aerotek is hiring Assemblers for an onsite role in Matteson, IL. Choose between Day shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) or Night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with pay of $21–$23 per hour. The position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, every other weekend, with opportunities for long-term advancement.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and work throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a clean-room environment.
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and operate production equipment
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards
• Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Complete production paperwork, checklists, and audits
• Monitor equipment and report quality or production issues
• Follow work instructions, PPE requirements, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
