Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Good vision and ability to read measurements using a ruler.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving hands, wrists, and fingers.

Responsibilities

• Fill bags with products on the production line according to established procedures.
• Sort, inspect, and handle materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products.
• Use inspection and light equipment, handcarts, and other basic material-handling equipment.
• Move materials, parts, assemblies, and scrap products within the plant or warehouse.
• Read rulers and perform basic measurements accurately.
• Maintain quality records and complete required documentation.
• Follow SOPs, quality guidelines, and established work instructions.
• Perform routine tasks using prescribed steps and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work effectively with team members, Team Leads, and Supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Overtime: OT may be requested

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembler 1 Kitting candidates to support light production and packaging operations. This role primarily works on the production line, filling bags with products that will be shipped to customers.

The team works in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where daily attendance, productivity, quality, and professionalism are essential.

• Fill bags with products on the production line according to established procedures.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, push, pull, grasp, and bend regularly.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for picking, handling, and repetitive motions.
• May require lifting and/or moving over 50 lbs.
• Work environment can be hot during summer months due to no air conditioning and cold during winter months due to limited heating.
• Noise level may range from moderate to loud.
• Work area may have limited space, with employees working in close proximity to one another.
