Generac is seeking an Assembler I in Wisconsin to perform assembly according to specifications, validating materials, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The role supports cost-effective manufacturing and requires adherence to PPE and housekeeping rules.
Shifts run 5:30am–3:30pm Monday–Thursday with overtime Fridays 5:30am–1:30pm as needed. Pay starts at $18.10 per hour, with opportunities to learn across multiple assembly areas.

Job Summary The Assembler I is responsible for performing assembly work to manufacture products in a cost effective and timely manner while fulfilling quality standards. The Assembler I will validate material prior to beginning assembly, review work instructions, build product per specifications and within tolerances, complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures, comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations including wearing all appropriate PPE.
ASSEMBLY I:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
