Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate to operate in our Covington, GA facility. You will move materials and assemblies using equipment, sort and inspect items, and maintain accurate quality records. Good written communication and basic math are required.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in a warehouse setting, be able to read rulers, lift up to 50 lbs, and work under SOPs with careful attention to documentation and safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ year warehouse experience or related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend English documents and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Move materials, parts, assemblies and scrap within a plant, office or warehouse using equipment.
• Sort and inspect materials and read rulers.
• Maintain quality records and documentation per SOPs.
• Operate within prescribed steps and under supervision.

• Uses a variety of equipment such as inspection and light equipment, handcarts, to move materials, parts, assemblies and scrap products or goods within a plant, office or warehouse.
• Sort and inspect materials.
• Ability to read rulers and must have good vision.
• Must maintain quality records, have good writing skills, and maintain good documentation practices.
• Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.
• Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines. Works under general to limited supervision.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent Preferred.

Experience:

• 1+ year warehouse experience or related experience and/or training.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment.
• General computer skills.
