Katalyst CRO is hiring for a warehouse position on-site in Texas. You will move materials and products using a variety of equipment, maintain records, and follow SOPs within a quality-focused environment. Strong reading and writing in English, basic math, and clear communication with teammates are essential.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and the ability to work under supervisor guidance in a logistics setting. Training and licenses may be pursued as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Zero to one year warehouse experience or related training is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents in English.
• Basic math calculations and numeric reasoning required.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors in a team setting.
• General computer skills for inventory and recordkeeping.

Responsabilités

• Move materials, parts, assemblies and finished products using forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts and power trucks.
• Maintain records and track inventory in accordance with SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Operate in a metrics-driven environment with safety and efficiency as priorities.

Job Description

Uses a variety of equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies and finished products or goods within a plant, office or warehouse. May maintain records. Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method. Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps. Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines. Works under general to limited supervision.

Responsibilities

The job can require lifting and/or moving over 50 lbs. The position will have exposure to work near moving mechanical parts, extreme weather conditions and vibration. Occasionally the position will have exposure to work in high, precarious places and fumes/airborne particles. It is hot in the summer months (no AC) and cold in the winter months (limited heating). The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
