Pay Rate: $ 19.82 / Hr.| Start: ASAP | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: M–F, 2:30P - 10:30P

About the Job

Operate spray injectors as a premold shooter or bagger operator. Spray injectors in this classification must be able to shoot I-65 molds and maintain an efficiency/indirect average of 80% or higher.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Set up molds.
  • Read and understand job travelers and specifications.
  • Select the correct film for specific molds.
  • Change film rolls as needed.
  • Adjust foam amounts based on mold and part requirements.
  • Assist with changeovers.
  • Inspect cushions to ensure they are properly made.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including removing and replacing scrap.
  • Keep foam guns clean and free of blockages.
  • Track waste.
  • Identify product-related problems.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a team environment and a fast-paced setting.
  • 2 years of machine operation experience.
  • Experience working with foam is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Reading and writing skills.
  • Basic computer skills and understanding.
  • Motivation and willingness to learn new tasks.
PPE Notification

Contractor is responsible for wearing their own steel-toed boots, other PPE based on the task being performed will be provided to the contractor on site
