Assembler 1 - 2nd shift

Reporting To

Production Supervisor


Your Role and Responsibilities

  1. Assemble and fabricate parts to create small or light fuse assemblies, ensuring parts meet quality standards within specified tolerances.
  2. Follow steps and check quality of parts produced.
  3. Be trained on multiple job assignments and workstations.
  4. Test, calibrate, and fit parts to meet product specifications.
  5. Use hands and small hand tools for assembly.
  6. Read and interpret technical diagrams, drawings, and instructions.
  7. Adhere to safety requirements and complete mandatory safety, OSHA, and ISO 9001 training.
  8. Follow work instructions, quality plans, and blueprints.
  9. Measure workpiece dimensions using dial calipers, snap gauges, or micrometers.
  10. Stack, mark, pack, and transport finished workpieces.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and understand Manufacturing Operating Instructions in English.
  • Ability to understand training procedures and complete evaluations.
  • Must have valid work authorization to work for ABB in the US.
