Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Entry‑level position; no previous manufacturing or electronics assembly experience required.
  • Ability to demonstrate basic computer proficiency, including logging into company systems, navigating email, using HRIS,timecards, and completing online trainings.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal directions accurately.
  • Positive and dependable team member with a strong work ethic.
  • Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to changing work environments.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform the job safely and accurately.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GEDrequired.

  • Ability to demonstrate basic computer proficiency, including logging into company systems with a username and password, navigating email, accessing and reviewing timecards through the HRIS (e.g., UKG), completing online training, using employee self‑service applications, and performing basic computer tasks required to support daily work responsibilities.

CERTIFICATIONS
  • Within one year of employment, must pass the Milwaukee Electronics Component Identification course.
  • Within one year of employment, must achieve a passing score on the IPC‑A‑610 certification course (current revision).

Employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk; Employee must frequently use hands to point, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
