Job description

Milwaukee Electronics is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Material Handler who is computer savvy, hands-on, and takes real pride in getting every detail right.

In this role, you'll help make sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. You'll support production by pulling and preparing job kits, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping materials moving smoothly between the stockroom and production floor. No two days look exactly the same, so adaptability, accuracy, and follow-through matter.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Pick and pull job kits for electronic PCB and box-build assemblies as directed by Team Leaders or Supervisors

  • Perform cycle counts and kit audits to help maintain accurate inventory

  • Use barcode scanners and complete data entry transactions to track materials

  • Read and follow internal documentation for shipping, receiving, and inventory processes

  • Work in the stockroom and alongside production to keep materials flowing efficiently

  • Speak up when you see a better way to do something - we value your ideas and process input

  • Adapt as priorities and processes change, and help wherever the team needs support

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered with demonstrated math and language skills

  • Computer‑savvy, with comfort using data entry, scanning, or inventory systems

  • Very strong attention to detail - being meticulous is a core part of this role

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to read and understand internal documentation for shipping and receiving processes in English

  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

  • Ability to read performance graphs and assess quality against written specifications

  • Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it

A Few Things To Know

This is an active, hands-on role. You'll be on your feet, lifting up to 10 lbs, and moving between the stockroom and production floor. The work environment includes normal manufacturing noise, occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and a stockroom that may run warmer or cooler depending on the season.

Standard PPE and safety protocols are provided and required.
