Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assembler role based in Wauwatosa, WI. The Assembler is responsible for building and assembling dispensing components and systems according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards. Daily tasks include handling parts and tools, performing mechanical and basic electrical assembly, and ensuring that finished units meet safety and performance requirements. The role involves inspecting parts for defects, following standardized procedures, and documenting work as needed for production and quality control. The Assembler collaborates with team members and supervisors, maintains a clean and organized work area, and adheres to all workplace safety guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and basic technical documentation.
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude, including experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments.
