You will follow drawings and work instructions, use hand and power tools, conduct basic quality checks, and document work accurately.

Qualifications

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in electrical assembly.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and accept feedback.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • 1–4 years of manufacturing, assembly, or trade-related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble basic electrical components following drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • Safely use hand and power tools
  • Follow all safety, quality, and workmanship standards
  • Perform basic quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications
  • Support senior assemblers and production team members as assigned
  • Accurately document work by completing production and quality forms
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment
  • Demonstrate manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination when working with small components
  • Identify color-coded wiring where required
