Aerotek is hiring Assembly Technicians for 1st and 2nd shifts in Chetek, WI. This climate‑controlled facility offers hands‑on training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow in manufacturing.

No prior experience required; training provided and a strong work ethic helps you succeed. You'll assemble small mechanical components, use basic hand tools, follow simple work instructions, check parts for quality, and help package finished products in a clean, organized workspace with regular shift

Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. If you're dependable, enjoy hands‑on work, and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assembling small mechanical components
• Working with basic hand tools

• Checking parts for quality
• Packaging finished products
• Keeping your work area clean and organized

Previous assembly, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Available Shifts

1st Shift

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Overtime may occur before the shift.

2nd Shift

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Overtime may occur after the shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chetek, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
