Job summary

ManpowerGroup client in the manufacturing sector seeks an Assembler in San Jose, CA. You will join the Production Department and support assembly operations with a focus on accuracy, quality, and safety.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive, able to read and follow detailed instructions and operate rivet guns and hand tools. Weekend shift Fri-Sun 4am-5pm provides hands-on production experience with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.
• Knowledge of assembly tools, mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly prints.
• Entry-level experience (0-1 year) in assembly or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical assembly, wiring, and cable harnessing with precision.
• Assemble mechanical parts by riveting and screwing sheet metal components.
• Conduct in-process inspections with proper training.

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembler, to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

(Weekend) Friday-Sunday 4am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Perform electrical assembly, wiring, and cable harnessing with precision
• Assemble mechanical parts by riveting and screwing sheet metal components
• Conduct in-process inspections with proper training
• Participate in clean room assembly processes as trained
• Package parts and move components as required for production flow

What's Needed?

• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
• Knowledge of assembly tools, mechanical and electrical assembly
• Ability to work while standing and operate rivet guns during shifts
• Ability to read and interpret assembly prints
• Entry-level experience (0-1 year) in assembly or related fields
