Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble air conditioning units using hand and power tools.
• Follow blueprints and engineering drawings to build subassemblies and final products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Inspect parts for defects and report issues.
• Collaborate with your team to meet production goals.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes.
• Use basic computer tools (Excel, Word) to track production and inventory.
• Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed.

Hourly Hiring Range

$17 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
