Assemble air conditioning units usinghand and power tools
Followblueprints and engineering drawingsto build subassemblies and final products
Maintain aclean, safe, and organizedwork area
Inspect parts for defects and report issues
Collaborate with your team to meet production goals
Supportcontinuous improvementby identifying ways to streamline processes
Use basic computer tools (Excel, Word) to track production and inventory
Be flexible withovertime and shift changesas needed
High school diploma or GED
Experience in amanufacturing or industrialsetting
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physically able to lift up to50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in anon-climate-controlledenvironment
Comfortable with repetitive tasks in anoisy and dustysetting
Strong communication and teamwork skills

$16.00-18.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
