Johnson Controls in San Antonio, TX is seeking a hands-on Assembler to build high-quality air conditioning units on a 1st shift. You’ll use hand and power tools, follow blueprints, and work safely in a fast-paced team.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble air conditioning units using hand and power tools

What You Bring

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a noisy and dusty setting

Preferred:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Hourly Hiring Range $17 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
