Qualifications

Take Flight: Join Our Aerospace Assembly Team

We are seeking meticulous Assemblers to join a premier aerospace manufacturer. In this role, your technical expertise and dedication to quality will be essential in crafting aerospace components that meet rigorous performance and safety standards.

Your Daily Contributions

As a member of our cleanroom team, you will focus on precision and consistency in your daily tasks:

• Assemble and verify components to ensure they meet our high-quality benchmarks
• Manage the setup, operation, and adjustment of production machinery
• Utilize microscopes for extended periods to handle delicate, miniature parts
• Adhere strictly to technical drawings, work instructions, and production travelers
• Document and analyze production data to help improve our overall quality metrics
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to support team efficiency
• Follow all established safety protocols and cleanroom requirements
• Contribute to ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, quality, and output
• Assist in achieving site-wide operational goals and system performance

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Basic computer skills
• At least one year of manufacturing experience within the last five years, with a preference for those with two to three years of tenure
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing full protective gear, including a body suit, mask, gloves, and anti-static equipment
• Comfortable performing tasks under a microscope for long durations
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Schedule and Compensation

• A Shift (4x10 Days): Monday through Thursday, 5am-4pm - 25.32/Hr
• B Shift (4x10 Nights): Monday through Thursday, 3pm-2am - 27.32/Hr
• C Shift (3x12 Days): Friday through Sunday, 6am-7pm - 28.19/Hr
• D Shift (3x12 Nights): Friday through Sunday, 6pm-7am - 28.19/Hr

Attendance Incentive

We offer a $3,000 attendance bonus structured as follows:

• $1,000 after 30 days, contingent upon perfect attendance
• $1,000 after 60 days, regardless of attendance
• $1,000 after 90 days, regardless of attendance

Employment Requirements

• Must pass a background check and drug screening, including testing for THC
• Must provide valid, unexpired documentation confirming U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Person status, or U.S. Residency

This role involves access to information or facilities governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Access to controlled technology is restricted to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and specific categories of refugees and asylees, or to foreign nationals holding an export license.
