  • Communicate production issues to Lead or Supervisor.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain organized work areas.

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing assembly experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Experience reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints
  • TIG and MIG welding experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
Job Duties
  • Assemble machine parts and components using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Follow mechanical blueprints and assembly instructions to build equipment accurately
  • Verify detailing and component specifications during assembly
  • Assemble machines with minimal guidance from supervisors
  • Scan jobs into Made2Manage (M2M) and traveler systems
  • Communicate production issues and concerns to the Lead or Supervisor
  • Follow all safety procedures while handling equipment and machinery
  • Identify and distinguish between parts, components, and detailing requirements
  • Meet production schedules and project deadlines
  • Move parts and components between departments according to traveler documentation
  • Perform welding tasks as needed
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
