Insight Global is hiring Assemblers for a new project building structural metal struts and frames for large industrial applications. You will read design drawings, measure components with a tape, and operate impact drills as part of the assembly process on-site.
Safety is a priority; you must be comfortable with hands-on metalwork in a factory setting and willing to work full-time in the South Phoenix/Ahwatukee area.
Ability to accurately read design drawings
Ability to operate impact drills and other mechanical assembly equipment
Ability to use a tape measurer and quickly measure fractions of an inch
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Inventory management/material handling experience - one of the roles we're hiring for will require tracking 30+ hardware categories and reporting on inventory metrics.

Day to day this person will be responsible for the assembly of these structural units including reading design drawings, using a tape measure and operating impact drills. A safety-first mindset is critical for this role as pinch points are a potential safety risk. This will be a full-time role on-site in the South Phoenix/Ahwatukee area.
