Job summary

Quanex is seeking an Assembler for our Perrysburg, Ohio facility to collaborate with teammates on cutting and assembling window screen frames to exact specifications using a computer-driven measuring device. The role focuses on quality, safety, and efficient production processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor products to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition in accordance with 5S standards.
• Follow safety procedures and report safety issues.
• Assemble various components based on customer specifications and quality standards.
• Thoroughly inspect products for defects or errors.
• Verify size, color, and configuration of production using labeling systems.
• Complete production reports and related documentation.
• Promote teamwork by cooperating with co-workers.
