Job summary

Manpower in Orange, VA is seeking an Assembler to join a leading manufacturing team. You will assemble drain cleaning equipment and related products, read blueprints, and work with hand and power tools on the production floor.

This daytime role offers steady shifts (1st/2nd/3rd), attention to detail, reliability, and potential growth within the organization. High school diploma required; previous production experience helpful; physical ability to stand for full shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions.
• Experience using measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Ability to maintain basic records and reports.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and work on the manufacturing floor for up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble drain cleaning equipment, small hand tools, machines, and related products according to specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies and sub-assemblies, including operations with drill presses and hydraulic presses.
• Read and interpret blueprints, printed instructions, and electrical wiring diagrams accurately.
• Perform testing and inspection of finished products, documenting results thoroughly.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor and/or Set-Up personnel.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Orange, VA

Pay Rate: $17.37-$18.37 Depending on shift

Shift: 1st:7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 2nd: 3pm-11pm,3rd: 11pm-7am
