Job Summary

We are hiring Assemblers for a temporary packaging and shipping assignment in Ontario, CA. This is a fast-paced production role supporting the preparation of cosmetics and other consumer products for shipment, including Amazon-related orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare boxes for shipping according to production instructions.
• Place foam inserts and packaging materials into boxes accurately and efficiently.
• Operate or feed boxes into a taping machine as assigned.
• Package cosmetics and other products for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow production procedures to support a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Assignment type: Temporary with potential for long‑term work based on business needs, workload, attendance, and performance.
• Paid‑hours incentive: Eligible employees may receive 8 hours of pay for 6 hours of actual work, according to the employer's stated arrangement and applicable pay policies.
• Additional overtime incentive of up to 2 hours may be available when workload requires it.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential. Late arrivals disqualify employees from the attendance incentive.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Assemble boxes, inserts, and packaging materials for outbound shipments.
• Package cosmetics and other consumer products in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Support taping machine operation or box feeding as assigned.
• Meet daily production expectations while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• 1 to 2 years of assembly, packaging, warehouse, production, or related experience.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability are required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be motivated, hardworking, and quality‑focused.
• Must comply with workplace safety and appearance requirements.
• Long nails and eyelashes are not permitted.
• Steel‑toe shoes are not required for general assembly positions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in packaging, assembly line work, shipping, fulfillment, or light industrial production.
• Experience packaging cosmetics, consumer goods, e‑commerce orders, or Amazon‑related shipments.
• Familiarity with taping machines, packing stations, or repetitive production workflows.
