Opportunity

We are seeking candidates eager to build more than just machines. This is a great opportunity to join our North Little Rock, AR team as an Assembler on the 1st shift, earning day-one benefits and starting at $18.80/hour.

Position Details

This role involves assembling and testing parts, components, or systems for medium wheel loaders and motor graders, following work orders. The position is based at our North Little Rock, AR facility.

Pay Rate and Schedule

• Wage of $18.80/hour plus comprehensive benefits.
• 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Overtime may be available with prior approval.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to assemble Caterpillar machines following instructions.
• Collaborate with support teams for process improvements.
• Use assembly tools and lifting devices safely and effectively.
• Take ownership of your work, focusing on safety and quality.
• Maintain a commitment to working safely every day.

Qualifications

• Previous work or volunteer experience; assembly experience is not required as training is provided.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Adaptability to various operations.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Physical Job Requirements

• Constant standing and walking on concrete floors.
• Occasional sitting on scooters or creepers.
• Occasional kneeling, squatting, climbing, reaching, and static holding.
• Frequent lifting of 10-15 lbs., occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Operation of heavy equipment and machinery.
• Repetitive movements and exposure to vibration tools.

Preferred Candidates

• Manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Excellent attendance and communication skills.

Pre-employment Requirements
