Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in New Berlin, WI is seeking a dependable 2nd shift assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. You will assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components, read instructions, and work with hand and power tools to build quality products.

This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and benefits. The ideal candidate has basic mechanical aptitude, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components according to specifications and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $19/hour, based on experience
