Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Assemblers for the 1st shift in Wisconsin. This is a full-time, general labor role involving machine operation and material handling. Pay ranges from $17 to $18 per hour, with shift hours from 6 AM to 2 PM.

Candidates should be reliable and motivated for a stable production environment. Preferred candidates have up to 6 months of manufacturing quality experience or forklift experience and basic PC familiarity.

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Assemble products and components using hand and power tools while following product specifications and meeting production goals.

• Inspect and test parts and finished products during assembly to ensure quality standards are met and identify faulty parts.

• Complete required production and quality paperwork and report any issues with parts, equipment, or machines to management.

• Monitor, restock, and maintain inventory of parts and supplies needed for production.

• Perform basic preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, while keeping the work area clean and following all company safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months manufacturing quality experience is a plus!

• 6 months forklift experience is a plus!

• Familiarity with personal computers.
