Fives Intralogistics in Louisville, KY is seeking an Assembler to read prints, follow work instructions, and assemble GENI‑Belt cross‑belt sortation equipment and sub‑assemblies.
The role involves assembling frames, carrier units, conveyors, and drive systems with hand and power tools, while ensuring safety and quality. Lifting up to 50 lbs is required in a light industrial setting.
The Assembler is responsible for reading prints/drawings and using various manufacturing equipment and hand tools to build automated sorting system assemblies according to print specifications. This position focuses on the mechanical and electromechanical assembly of GENI‑Belt™ cross‑belt sortation equipment and related sub‑assemblies.
The Assembler will interact with and support other shop associates in the performance of these duties. The Assembler will report to the Assembly Supervisor and will perform all duties as requested.
