Qualifications

• Experience in an electronic manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical assembly skills.
• Ability to read assembly drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of wire routing and cable harness assembly.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work from Excel-based work plans.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• 1+ year of electromechanical assembly.

• Assemble electronic rack chassis, panels, box builds, and cable harnesses from drawings and work instructions.
• Perform wire routing, soldering, and fiber optic cable harness assembly.
• Inspect products and identify quality concerns to ensure specifications are met.
• Support kitting of materials and components for production.
• Maintain a clean and ESD-safe workstation.
• Assist with product modifications, packing, and inventory of consumable parts.
• Work closely with production teams to complete weekly work plans.

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
