Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking an assembler for a client in Leetsdale, PA. The role involves assembling products per work instructions, inspecting components, and using hand and power tools to meet manufacturing specifications.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, prior assembly experience, and willingness to work overtime on 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM). Forklift certification is encouraged where not already held.

Job Duties:

• Assembles all required products and inspects material for compliance to manufacturing specifications using the work instructions, work orders, sketches, engineering drawings and instructions
• Inspects final assembly and/or product to ensure quality meets all specifications
• Use various hand and power-tools, torches, taps, and glues for assembling and handling components
• Trims and tests all products
• Operates hydraulic and hand presses
• Pay scale progressions within first year

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous experience in assembly work
• Manufacturing experience is preferred
• Works overtime as required
• Must be able to work 1st shift (6AM-2:30PM) to train
• Willingness to obtain Forklift certification if don't already have one
