Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking an Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Indiana. You will assemble conveyor rollers and related components, ensuring quality and meeting production demands.
You will work with roller operators and other stations, perform basic machine operation tasks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following safety procedures and quality standards.

Reporting to the Sr. Ops. Manager, the Assembler is responsible for assembling components based on engineering and quality standards that satisfy our customer's requirements. Working in tandem with the Roller Operators, the Assembler will ensure proper production levels are met, while always maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
