Job summary

TWG, a group of leading manufacturers of winches, hoists and gear drives, seeks an Assembly Operator at our Jenks, Oklahoma facility. You will assemble parts per BOM and drawings, operate presses, run tests, and ensure accurate ERP entry while contributing to quality and safety standards.

The role involves occasional travel, potential cross-training, and collaboration with multiple brands to meet production schedules and deliver high-quality products globally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be willing to travel as required and/or directed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to Bill of Material, Bill of Operations, engineering drawings and any other related controlled documents.
• Operate hydraulic and manual presses to assist in assembly operation.
• Perform test procedures on assemblies as directed.
• Maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment.
• Be able to drive forklift truck, hand trucks or manually move parts as directed or required.
• Complete kitting parts based on production schedule.
• May be required to train other employees and help in other departments as directed.
• Other essential duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.
• This position includes responsibilities to follow ISO procedures, identify and prevent problems, document quality issues, and support environment protection.

• This position is also responsible for, with authority to follow ISO procedures, initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute to problem solutions, verify implementation of solutions, control further processing when a problem is identified, protect the environment, including preventing pollution, analyzing or identifying areas for correction or improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to travel as required and /or directed.
