Job summary

Miller Industries is seeking driven individuals for bench or line assembly roles in our facility. You will produce all components of towing equipment and work across multiple stations as different models move along the line.

You must place parts correctly, fasten assemblies, and assist in testing finished units. Education and experience requirements include a high school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience, with the ability to pass a Driver/Spotter Course.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to pass Driver/ Spotter Course.

Responsibilities

• Performs bench or line assembly operations to produce all components of towing equipment by performing the following duties.
• Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
• Bolts, clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together.
• Tends machines, such as a hydraulic press, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line.
• Works at different work stations as production needs require.
• Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
• Performs functional testing on units.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Must occasionally be exposed to weather conditions such as: precipitation, extreme cold and extreme heat.
  
• Regularly required to wear hearing protection in a loud environment.
