Job summary

Miller Industries is seeking candidates for bench and line assembly of towing equipment at our Greeneville, TN facility. You will assemble components, fasten parts securely, and operate line equipment to build models as production flows. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a busy plant environment.

Starting pay is $20.25 per hour with regular evaluations, bonuses eligibility, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and professional development as you grow within the company.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required; 1–3 months related experience and/or training acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts to specified relationships on the production line.
  • Fasten components using bolts, clips, screws, cement, and related hardware.
  • Operate hydraulic press and other assembly machinery as required.
  • Move between workstations to support different models as production needs change.
  • Conduct functional testing on units to ensure quality.

Summary

Performs bench or line assembly operations to produce all components of towing equipment by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
  • Bolts, clips, screws, cement, or otherwise fastens parts together.
  • Tends machines, such as a hydraulic press, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line.
  • Works at different work stations as production needs require.
  • Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
  • Performs functional testing on units.

Education And/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
