Job summary

AtWork Personnel North Gwinnett is seeking a Production Associate – Assembly to join our manufacturing operations. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, focusing on assembling products per engineering specifications and SOPs while maintaining quality and safety standards in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

You will perform equipment testing, operate hand and pneumatic tools, and keep the work area organized using 5S principles.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of 5S and workplace safety practices is a plus.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
